Today Mr. Schick was explaing  us our notes. We learned about this guy named oedipusrex. He was suppose to kill his father than marry his own mother. That's crazy becuase i love my mom but i would never marry her or kill my father. But then he falls in love with this older woman who ended up being his mother and he slpet with her and he finally found out and freaked out and thought of how the people would not  look at him the same because he did this. So he decided to stab two daggers into his eyes so he could blind himself so he won't see the peoples reactions. I feel bad for this guy because he was tricked into this and did not deserve this.
